A microwave band with a wavelength (frequency) interval ranging from 1.7 - 1.1 cm (18 - 27 GHz) in the electromagnetic spectrum.

Ka-band

A microwave band with a wavelength (frequency) interval ranging from 1.1 - 0.75 cm (27 - 40 GHz) in the electromagnetic spectrum.

Ku-band
